Internet orders must be placed on this website and may not be combined with in person/Jockey Lot purchases nor can they be paid for in person.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding order placement, feel free to contact us through the Contact Us form on our website.

Specially requested items that are NOT already on our website must be paid for using PayPal's secure invoicing system unless other prior arrangements have been made.  In many cases we will add the newly requested product(s) to our regular inventory, and in such case(s), ordering and payment(s) would be handled as normal transactions using PayPal's secure payment gateway.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 BUSINESS days** after receiving FULL payment.

Because orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, once an order is placed online, it CANNOT be changed.  Be sure to include (or exclude) all products that are needed at the time of order placement.

All orders are processed in the order they are received. We will not put an order in front of others.  If you need your item(s) shipped faster, contact us through the form on our website to inquire about shipping quotes.

Gift Certificates are available for purchase and may be used to buy items on this website only. Gift Certificates can not be used at the Jockey Lot or anywhere other than this website. Due to new federal law, aerosols and sprays CANNOT be shipped via air. So DO NOT request an air shipping method if you have these type products.  We will either pull the items from the shipment or cancel your order completely.
