Layaway Policy

All layaways require a minimum of 25% of the purchase total as a down payment.  The remaining layaway balance must be paid within 90 days.

You must have a PayPal account in order to create a layaway.  The first payment must be paid with PayPal.  All future payments can be made with PayPal, check or money order.  PayPal payments can be sent to orders@RomanticVentures.com.  Checks or money orders must be made out to "Orlando Miller" and mailed to the following address:

In order to expedite payments, we ask that you include your order number in the comment section when sending PayPal payments or on the check or money order when mailing payments.

Once we have received a cleared payment, an email will be sent (to the address listed on your account) regarding your balance due.  Payments and balance due status will also be updated in the comment section of your invoice located under "My Account".

When making layaway payments with a check or money order, it MUST clear our bank before payment is applied to your account and/or item(s) is shipped.  It may take up to 10 BUSINESS days** for checks or money orders to clear our bank.

If layaways payments are not received by the due date, all items will be returned to inventory and no refund will be given for any money paid on layaway.

Final payments made by check, must be postmarked 7 days prior to final payment due date.  If postmark is after the 7 day time frame, all items will be returned to inventory and no refund will be given for any money paid on layaway.

Gift certificates CANNOT be placed on layaway.

Refunds will be processed as cancellations.

Layaways that are cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is $25 + 50% of total amount paid on layaway.  If fees exceed total amount paid on layaway, no refund will be given.

Layaways will only be shipped when item(s) have been paid in full.  We do not ship partial shipments.
