Return/Refund Policy

All items are shipped in the original, sealed packaging.

We ask that you inspect and test your item(s) upon receiving. If a product needs batteries for testing, please make sure the batteries are new and/or in working condition before testing with the product.

Certain items sold on our website may not be returned/exchanged/refunded. Due to Health & Sanitation Issues, we DO NOT accept returns, WILL NOT exchange any product or WILL NOT refund your money for any product that has been used for personal use or has come in contact with any bodily fluids. We DO NOT accept returns, WILL NOT exchange or WILL NOT refund your money for any multimedia item (such as DVDs or Videos) unless the item is factory sealed. We DO NOT accept returns, WILL NOT exchange or WILL NOT refund your money for any clothing, shoe or lingerie that has been used or worn. We DO NOT accept returns, WILL NOT exchange or WILL NOT refund your money for any personalized or customized item.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

All refunds will be processed within 5 BUSINESS days** of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse.

All refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment unless asked or otherwise noted. For example, if you checkout using PayPal, your money will be refunded back through PayPal.

If your item is returned without the original packaging, the supplied RMA number and/or a copy of the original invoice, you will not receive a replacement or refund.

If your order is cancelled due to the violation of one of our policies (ordering, shipping, payment, etc), we reserve the right to charge you a 50% restocking and/or any shipping costs that may be associated with the product. A refund will be credited (if due) back to the original source of the payment unless we note otherwise.

DAMAGED ITEMS
All our merchandise leaves the warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive a shipment that has any exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you MUST file a claim at the time of delivery with the CARRIER. Make sure the driver notes the damage(s) to the package. Save the original carton(s) and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Contact us immediately and let us know that you had the driver note a problem. Also, you need to supply us with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you. If you do not file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery, we will become limited on the options available for correcting the situation.

SHORTAGES/WRONG ITEMS
We do our best to double check all orders before shipping them out. However, since we are human, errors may occur. Please be sure to check in the packing material for smaller items. Sometimes items can get misplaced within the box during the unpacking process. After inspecting your package thoroughly, you discover an item(s) was not received or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us immediately. You have 24 hours upon receipt to notify us of order shortages or wrong items shipped. After the 24 hour window has passed, we will become limited on the options available for correcting the situation.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If upon testing your product you find out the item(s) is defective or inoperable, we will gladly replace your item. You must contact us within 72 hours of receipt in order to receive a replacement item. We will supply you with shipping arrangements, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and an address for you to return your item. Defective items must be returned with the original packing. You must include the supplied RMA Number and a copy of the original invoice inside of the returned package. We will cover shipping costs for returning the defective item to our warehouse and sending a replacement item. Once our warehouse has received and inspected the defective item, you will be sent a replacement. If the replacement item is unavailable because it is out of stock, you have a choice of receiving a similar product (the price must be of equal or less value of the original item bought; you are responsible for any additional costs), a refund for the item purchased (excluding original shipping costs), a gift certificate to our website in the amount of the item purchased (excluding original shipping costs) or a coupon to our website in the amount of the item purchased (excluding original shipping costs). Please note that all refunds will be processed within 5 BUSINESS days** of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. RETURNING/EXCHANGING NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you are unsatisfied with your recent purchase or need to exchange the item for a smaller or larger size, you may do so under certain circumstances. You must contact us within 5 BUSINESS days** of receiving the item. After this time frame has passed, we will become limited on the options available for assisting with your situation. Upon your contact with us, we will supply you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and an address for you to return the item. All returns must include the original packing, the RMA number supplied and a copy of the original invoice. We are not responsible for lost items during the return transit to our warehouse. We strongly suggest you use a "traceable" return shipping process. You are responsible for any difference in cost of the exchanged item. You are also responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse and sending the exchanged item to your residence. Any difference in item price and all the new shipping costs MUST be paid before new item is shipped.

If your item is returned to us factory sealed, you can exchange the item for another product (the price must be of equal or less value of the original item bought; you are responsible for any additional costs), receive a full refund for the item returned (excluding original shipping costs), receive a gift certificate to our website in the amount of the item returned (excluding original shipping costs) or receive a coupon to our website in the amount of the item returned (excluding original shipping costs).

If your item is returned to us and it is not factory sealed, you may choose to receive a gift certificate to our website in the amount of the item returned (excluding original shipping costs) or a coupon to our website in the amount of the item returned (excluding original shipping costs). The only items that do not have to be factory sealed are clothing, shoes or lingerie that has not been used or worn. If this is the case, you can exchange the item for a smaller or larger size (you are responsible for any additional costs associated with the new size), receive a full refund for the item returned (excluding original shipping costs), receive a gift certificate to our website in the amount of the item returned (excluding original shipping costs) or receive a coupon to our website in the amount of the item returned (excluding original shipping costs).

Non-defective items that are returned to our warehouse are subject to a 50% restocking fee, charged at our discretion. We will notify you immediately if this fee applies to your returned item. You can decide whether or not to proceed with the return.

If your item is returned to our warehouse and has been used for personal use, come in contact with any bodily fluids, appears to have been worn, appears to have been used or is not factory sealed (factory sealed applies only to multimedia items such as DVDs or Videos), you WILL NOT receive any form of refund, a new item WILL NOT be shipped to you and your original item WILL NOT be returned unless you pay for the returned shipping fees (in order for your item to be returned, returned shipping fees must be paid in full and within 2 BUSINESS days** after notice has been given, otherwise item will be discarded accordingly). We will notify you of the situation immediately in these circumstances.

If your package is returned to our warehouse and it does not include the original packing, the supplied RMA number and/or a copy of the original invoice, you WILL NOT receive any form of refund, a new item WILL NOT be shipped to you and we will return your original item after you have paid the return shipping fees (returned shipping fees must be paid in full and within 90 days after notice has been given, otherwise item will be discarded accordingly). If the only thing you forgot to include in your return package is a copy of the original invoice, we will notify you. If you are able to supply us with a copy of the original invoice either via email or mail, we will be able to proceed with your return. However, we will not go forward in the return process until a copy has been received by us.

OUT OF STOCK/DISCONTINUED ITEMS
If you order an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You have a choice of waiting for the item to become available, receiving a similar product (the price must be of equal or less value of the original item bought; you are responsible for any additional costs), receiving a refund for the item purchased (including any sales tax and shipping costs associated with the product), receiving a gift certificate to our website in the amount of the item purchased (including any sales tax and shipping costs associated with the product) or receiving a coupon to our website in the amount of the item purchased (including any sales tax and shipping costs associated with the product).

If you order an item that is currently out of stock and has become discontinued, we will notify you immediately. You have a choice of receiving a similar product (the price must be of equal or less value of the original item bought; you are responsible for any additional costs), receiving a refund for the item purchased (including any sales tax and shipping costs associated with the product), receiving a gift certificate to our website in the amount of the item purchased (including any sales tax and shipping costs associated with the product) or receiving a coupon to our website in the amount of the item purchased (including any sales tax and shipping costs associated with the product).
